Cometic gaskets leaking like a siv

Just got to the point that I am ready to start my car, so I filled the water up and found that water is pissing out the back of the RH head, even with no pressure

It has early heads, ARP studs and cometic gaskets. I was advised against using hylomar, so there has been no coating applied. The heads have been decked to a 50RA finish, but I am unsure with the block

Any ideas as to why its leaking so much, really trying to avoid ripping the heads off.
