Blowers out of the bonnet

Hey guys, first time posting.
When i get on my blacks i plan to get a ute and supercharge it with a 350 small block.
But here's the thing, i want it to sound like a keene belle supercharger and also have butterflies, is there anyway to get the butterflies just protruding from the bonnet legally?
What would i have to do??
Ever since i was little i've wanted butterflies

Thoughts? still new to the engines and not really sure where to go...
