The cam in the 400 is a billet cam, have read some confusing info.
Some steel gears say they are fine for solid flat tappet and hydraulic gears and other sites say that the brass ones are for solid roller cams???
Which one do I need, and although they say they are basically a sacrificial replaceable thing, how often would you pull the dissy and check? Every 20k?? or less.
