ht rear suspension set up?

Was wondering what people are running in regards to rear suspension setups in ht,g,k ?
I was going to fit caltracs and was wondering if anyone has any other tips for the rear of these things ?
I am reseting my springs and fitting new bushes , are rubber or nolathane the go?
What shock is better in the thing and are the standard spring rates suitable ?
Any help would be much appreciated.
