Planning a rebuild

So it was established in other threads that my 260z has a stock-rebuilt 350 in it. Ive been looking at some options such as getting a scat rotating assembly, new heads, cam and all roller gear, and use the EFI manifold I obtained. But now am I thinking there is not much of the old engine left, perhaps I should just sell it and start fresh.

I have seen those new 4-bolt blocks that Eagle are selling for almost 1k. Would this be a good start? They say they are machined and ready to go (suits me). eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d

Scat rotating assembly comes in a few flavours, and I havent shopped around much yet, but thinking something like;
Series 9000 Cast Crank - 4340 I-Beam Rods with 3/8" Wav Loc Bolts - Hyper Pistons - Bearings+Rings - Balanced - $800US (Flatlander Racing - SCAT SB Chevy Cast Stroker Kit/Rotating Assembly)
Series 9000 Cast Crank - SCAT 4340 I-Beam rods 5.7 - TRW hypereutectic Pistons - Bearings+Rings+Balancer+Flexplate - $930US (Flatlander Racing - Chevy Rotating Assembly)
Scat nodular steel crankshaft - ProComp 5.7 H-BEAM full floating bushed rods - Probe forged flat top pistons - Rings+Bearings+Balancer+Flexplate - Balanced - $870US (SBC CHEVY SCAT 350 ROTATING ASSEMBLY FORGED 030 PISTONS, H-BEAM RODS FT 2PC RMS | eBay)
3rd one sounds great, except the ProComp rods. However, I couldnt find anything bad said on the net about that company or that kit, and apparently they 'designed'/spec-d the rods and get them built by ProComp.

So, is my plan off to a reasonable start?
