Hi guys,
Just planing out the fuel system for my come racing 383.
So far I already have a Holley ultra 750dp, Holley blue electric pump and regulator.
Ive just purchased a fuel log with an8 fittings so will be running an8 between carb pump and reg.
Ive also got a 10 micron 5/16 Holley fuel filter that will go inline before the pump.
My questions are-
Is the 10 micron filter sufficent or should I put a finer filter on the pressurised side, if so how many microns.
The Volvo I'm fitting it to has 5/16 fuel pipe to the tAnk, I'm thinking this may be too small? Would I be better off running 3/8 to the tank. If so keeping as much of it as a pipe is the way to go yeah?
And what's the benefits of running a return line after the carb?
Thanks guys.
