V8 conversion 5speed and diff or Wb

Hey guys I'm thinking about dropping a 308 motor into my Wb ute but I also want to do the 5 speed convertion as well from the Vt and driveline and diff. If I pull it all of a Vt from the gearbox back will it fit or do I have to cut and shut??? And anyother ideas will be awesome!!
